Information obligation
Fulfillment of the information obligation arising from Article 13 of the GDPR
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. Personal data administrator

2. Purposes and basis of data processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Performance of a contract to which you are a party – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.
b) Conclusion of a contract based on interest in the offer – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.
c) Pursuing or defending against claims – as the implementation of our legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.
d) Direct marketing of the Administrator's products and services – based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.
e) Cooperation in the provision of services – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR.
f) Profiling – in order to adapt marketing content to the User’s needs.
3. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
a) Persons authorised by the Administrator – our employees and associates who must have access to the data to perform their duties.
b) Data processors – to whom we have commissioned tasks requiring the processing of personal data.
c) Other recipients – e.g. couriers, law firms, debt collection agencies and entities which, under applicable regulations, have the right to request the transfer of data.
4. Data storage period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, including the time to file a complaint or lawsuit, as well as the time required by law. In the case of data processed for direct marketing purposes, processing will continue until the User objects.
5. User's rights
According to the GDPR, you have the right to:
access to your personal data and receive a copy thereof,
data transfer,
object to data processing,
correct your data,
deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
processing restrictions,
lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Profiling and automated decision-making
Your personal data may be processed in an automated manner, including through profiling, in order to adapt marketing content. Profiling is carried out in accordance with Article 4, point 4 of the GDPR.
